Standard default shipping is via UPS Ground, but you will have the option during checkout to upgrade your shipping to UPS 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, Next Day Air Saver or Next Day Air.
USA customers may also arrange direct shipping from our sister warehouse in Belgrade to addresses in Serbia. Please contact us via email or phone before you submit your order so that we may provide you with a personalized shipping quote and total amount, plus confirm availability of items.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and usually ship within 3 business days of receipt. Please be advised that items that are "back ordered" or "special ordered" will take longer to process and ship. You will be notified via email of any delays.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please call or email us regarding any problem you may have with your purchase. If you have received merchandise that was damaged in transit by the shipper, please save all original packing material and have on hand for UPS inspection as it is necessary to collect a refund through UPS Insurance. If you have received a defective CD or any incorrectly shipped merchandise from us, please notify us immediately and return the product within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the merchandise without any additional charge. Upon receiving a defective CD, we will test the CD and confirm the defect. Once the defect is confirmed, we will issue you a replacement of the same title we received. Please note that we are unable to send any title other than the one which we received. In addition, we can only issue a replacement and not a refund.
When returning any merchandise, please provide the following information to us:

- Your phone number
- Order number
- What you are returning and why
Please mail the package to the address below. We highly recommend that the items be returned to us in their original packaging and you use a mail service which provides tracking or insurance.

Payment via PayPal through PayPal's state of the art encrypted servers ensures a secure transaction, and helps to provide quick shipping. Payment with your credit card using checkout is through Yahoo's secure servers and also provides you with a secure transaction. We do not personally handle or access your credit card account information. We will generally have your item placed for shipping with UPS within 3 business days of your order.
